DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION


 

Our standard shipping charge is $9.00 depending on the total weight of item with an additional $1.50 on each products. Some products are made to order and will generally takes  2-3 days to prepared).
Completed orders are generally shipped within 3-6 business days, not including
holidays. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, D&M Divine Beauty cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc
The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address. D&M Divine Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address given before product dispatch. In cases where D&M Divine Beauty needs additional information regarding a delivery address. D&M Divine Beauty may ask you to provide additional information. Delay in delivery may occur if additional information regarding the delivery address is required.

D&M Divine Beauty will do everything possible to deliver the order within the delivery time. In a case where your order delayed, or cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified as soon as possible.


                                                  RETURNS

Contact our customer service at [email protected] with questions or concerns and we will reply within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. If D&M Divine Beauty is contacted via social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.), a response is NOT guaranteed.

For delivery of incorrect item (Photo Proof MUST be provided via email), customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once return of incorrect item is recieved. D&M Divine Beauty will pay for return shipping. 

You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return the item. After product is received, you will be reimbursed using the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Please allow us 10-14 working days for your refund to reflect on your statement.

Customer will receive a FULL refund if order is canceled BEFORE it has been shipped.

If customer wishes to cancel order AFTER product has been shippeda full refund will be issued ONLY IF item is returned in ACCEPTABLE condition. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition ( damaged, leaked or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued. Customer is also reponsible for return shipping cost.

D&M Divine Beauty is NOT Responsible for stolen or missing item/packages. Customer should file a claim with carrier. Customer is advised to contact carrier regarding shipment or delivery issues BEFORE contacting our customer service. D&M Divine Beauty will work with customer on a case by case basis to determine if a refund (full or partial) is applicable.
